How to use chopping board?
- Before using the chopping block, rinse with water before washing off the dust on the chopping block.
- After the use of the chopping block rinse once, and wipe clean with a rag, the chopping block hanging on the wall or use YCZM exclusive tripod upright dried, lest the chopping block because of damp and discoloration or mildew.
- Do not use detergent cleaning, because the cleaning liquid will penetrate the chopping block, long-term will lead to chopping block mildew, with the treatment of food rather unsanitary.
- The chopping block spreads the fishy smell or other peculiar smell, then may the lemon and the salt together clean brush. When a cutting board cracks or a black spot, it is time to discard.
- Note that the chopping block can not be placed in direct sunlight position, to avoid excessive drying and cracking chopping block
